Rolans Novikovs is the lead designer and founder of Novikov Designs. His work has been recognised by multiple international awards. Rolans received his higher education in Art and Design college based in Oxford, where he developed a particular style which is implemented in all of his designs.

Throughout his career Rolans has worked for various leading design practices exposing him to broad range of clients and brands, gaining deep technical and creative understanding.
